Afternoon Break: Crème Brûlée

Before I get to work on the Crab Hut post, just wanted to post this picture of some fresh torched crème brûlée we had during our team's afternoon break today. "Crème brûlée" literally translates to "burnt cream" in French. It's basically a custard with in our case some fresh blackberries with a toasted sugar top you crack with a spoon. Yum.
