While TK was away on his Asia Tour, Mink was occupying his bedroom. What better way to celebrate than to have Mink do one of her classic Mink Monday cooking sessions! Unfortunately due to scheduling conflicts, we had to push it back to Wednesday, but good food is good food. It was also my last week in LA, so we had to do it up. The menu: shrimp and clam fettucini in a butter sauce, bruschetta, and bacon-wrapped asparagus. Well f*ck let's get it then!
