June 23: House Hunting...

Part... I'm losing track now. My dad and I checked out 1 spot in Irvine that was a dump, and then 3 other condos in Lake Forest which were very nice! I'm starting to get a better feel for what I'm looking for, so hopefully we pick something up by the end of summer.
