When I was down in SD a few weeks ago, Alvin (Willy's/WildBoyz) asked if I was going to Vegas. After confirming that I was he then proceeded to ask if I wanted to try something different, something outside of the gambling and clubbing and drinking.
Skydiving: something that I've wanted to do since high school; something I've felt was way safer than bungee jumping. Well with the way my summer's been going so far, I couldn't turn it down.

My last meal (but I didn't get to eat cuz the waitress was LAGGING!).
Drove over to the Flamingo to pick up Toe-Knee and Alvin.
Met up with Ron aka DJ Bluballz at the Tropicana to wait for the shuttle.
Vegas Extreme Skydiving!
Filling out waiver forms and contact information (in the event of... you know).
And also watching an informational video by this old dude.
The drop spot was about 20 miles away from the strip near the Gold Coast Casino, here at Jean Airport.
Suiting up. For some reason, everyone else got to use the nice, newer-looking gray/colored jumpsuits. Whereas, we had some pretty fruity ones.
The Mighty Morphing Power Rangers. IT'S MORPHIN' TIME!
Alvin looks like a grape hahaha.
Warning label on the back.
WildBoyz.
Bloggerz.
TK and I practicing the jump.
To be honest, it never really hit us that we were about to jump out of a plane at 15,000 feet, free falling at 120 mph, for about 3 minutes.
It only hit us when we were called out to the plane.
(Video at the bottom of the post.)
"Mom, it's Toe-Knee. Guess what I just did." -TK
As we waited for the other groups to jump, we relaxed for a while. Ron grabbed a nap outside.
TK & Alvin.
Free tee!
TK and his tandem trainer.
Me and mine, André. Thanks again André!
What a rush! The most exhilarating experience of my life fo sho!! I highly recommend trying this at least once in your life.
The summer continues.
Favorite parts of the jump: looking down at the Earth right before you jump; spinning in circles (2:55 mark); the sense of weightlessness and floating; the view. Good call on skydiving Alvin.
