June 28: Basketball, G2/Popsicles, Yen Chings

On Sunday my brother and I went to Stephen's house to watch the FIFA Confederations Cup final between USA and Brazil. Unfortunate that the USA could hold on to a 2-0 lead after the half.

Those mini buffalo chicken sandwiches are the best. Ultimate bacon cheeseburger on sourdough is the bizness.


After the soccer game, Jon and Alex came down from LA to play some ball.


Goddamn it was around 95 degrees that day.







Later we went to Bruce's house to play more basketball. Still hot as hell.


Gatorade and popsicles on ice saved the day.




For dinner we went to Yen Chings in Garden Grove. We went here about 7 or 8 years ago for one of our high school dances.



"Paper" (foil) wrapped chicken.




Kung Pao chicken, dry braised beef, and some kind of pork dish. All were delicious.


Fried apples, oranges, almond cookie and fortune cookie for dessert.



We wrecked that meal.
